Mathletics

As you may have aleady realised our IXL maths trial has finished and the children are no longer able to access this site for more than five minutes at a time.

Instead the school has purchased Mathletics and we will be using that with the children. You can access Mathletics by clicking on the link below or under the website for kids tab along the top of the blog home page.

The children will need to click the ‘Sign In’ button in the top right corner. They will then need the log on details that have been sent home with them.

      I had a look at your technology blog and was interested to read all about Apple. At our school we are interested in purchasing apple devices like Ipod touches and Ipads.
      What sort of things would you like on your blog? My children really enjoy looking at photo slideshows and videos off youtube or other places.

  1. Hello Grade 1B and 1C. Did you know that we have started Mathletics as well. On Mathletics you can make your own Avatar. Anthony in our class had 2120 credits!!!You can also go on Rainforest Maths. We enjoy doing Mathletics because we use our school laptops on Monday to do it. Do you like Mathletics? Let us know.

      Do you guys have a blog as well as we would be keen to have a look at it. We enjoy looking at new blogs and seeing what other children are doing.
      We are very new to Mathletics and are still trying to figure it all out. Maybe you could give us some tips. We went to the computer lab last week to create our avatars and then on Friday we went again to start looking at some of the games. We have some children getting on Mathletics lots at home and others are still learning.
